Food and wine pairing in June

Alsatian Maitre restaurateur, Logan LAUG took over since 2010 the Frichti’s, restaurant situated within the walls of the old fishmonger’s shop in the so called Little Venise part of Colmar. By working with fresh and local products et by playing with the products from the French terroir, the chef Logan LAUG rapidely imposed himself as being a very good « table » of the region. The Friday and Saturday Lunches between 12am and 2pm :
FRIDAY : SLOW PORN FOOD MENU 41 euro / pers. Included in this gastronomic fast food interpretation with beautiful products of the terroir : Ceasar salad to munch a mouthfull/ The lobster club sandwich with small early vegetables/ the Burger Black Angus VERSION 2015/ the grand cru chocolate finger / Strawberry and isolmat lollypop. 41 euro/pers. + 15 euro for a three glass of wine set, the apéritif is offered

 

SATURDAY : It will be tasty…BUT IT’S ALREADY FULL! Included in this menu : Duck parmentier from the Doriath’s House with vitelotte potatoes and walnut crumble served in the bocal « le PARFAIT » / Organic Salad Box from our local farmer’s market / Cheeses : old barkass on Jacki Quenot toasts / Desert : cubics of soft white cheese tarte and salted butter coulis…23 euro/pers + 15 euro for a three glass of wine set, the apéritif is offered

You can order 3 gaspachos in accompaniment to a wine tasting of 3 wine:
from 2pm - 6€ the formula 

SUNDAY 14th JUNE: brunch around products from the Doriath’s House 31 euro/pers, buffet between 10am and 2pm followed by a wine tasting and a visit of the cellar for those who wish : Dried duck breast / Smoked duck breast / Dried duck sausage and chorizo / Fine duck delicatessen / Foie gras / Paté en croute / Pastries / bread / Honey / Fruits / Coffee / tea/fruit juice/crémant
