SHORT CONDITIONS:

• The price doesn't include the final cleaning, you may do it yourself or book for this service
• We propose a cancelation insurance, you may suscribe, price is 3% of rental price at less: 15 €
• For parties of 10 and more cancelation insurance and final cleaning is obligatory
• Your pets are welcome on request, depending on apartment / house: 15 €

 DETAILLED CONDITIONS OF YOUR STAY AT KLUR:

Art. 1 :This seasonal home rental contract is drawn up as an agreement between SARL KLUR, 105 rue des Trois Epis, 68230 Katzenthal and the tenant who bought a holiday vacation online at http://www.bioklur.net  The reservation won't become effective until receipt of booking, payment, acceptation of the general conditions and confirmation by the SARL KLUR

Art. 2 : Length of stay: The contrat is agreed upon for a fixed duration.It can not under any circumstances exercise any right of occupancy. It is bound by the amount of rent defined contractually and that will equal the effective duration of the stay.  Only week booking from mid-july to end of august and during school holiday for our self cattering appartments from saturday to saturday, except for special offers or for any reservation made 15 days or less  before arrival.

Art. 3 : Security deposit : will be requested for each booking by arrival by any paiement form. Without a special information of the tenant and in case of paiment by credit card we will use the credit card to guaranty the deposit. The amount is 100€ per flat, 300€ per house, 600€ for a booking of the Blue House and 10 people and more. We will charge the security deposit if services are not payed, or in case of damages..

Art. 4 :Payment of balance : is due on month before arrival. The supplementary fees will be paid latest at the end of the stay.  A bill will be presented. The contract is cancelled 14 days before arrival date if the balance isn't paid at this time. The tenant allow Sarl KLUR to charge his credit card of the balance due before arrival. If the tenant prefers to pay by bank transfer he will do it in the same terms.

Art. 5 :Cancellations: Any cancellation by the tenant must be presented to SARL KLUR in a written letter. An insurance is possible on our online shop.
Concerning the flats and the houses, if the cancellation occurs earlier than 1 month before the start of the stay, the account remains with the owner.  1 month or less before the start of the stay the total amount is du.
If the client does not show up  before 6:00PM the day of the beginning of the stay, the owner has the possibility to rent the apt/ house again.  
In the case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely with the owner.  
The supplementary services not used are not to pay
Cancellation by the owner before the start of the stay must be notified in a written form to the tenant.  He will be immediately reimbursed any sums paid.

Art. 6: Reservation : The owners keeps the possibility  to propose to the tenant, one of his other flats/ houses but at the same place, with the same amenities as the one he booked

Art. 7: Use of the premises :The client is asked to respect the peaceful character of the premises and to use it for its intended purpose. The client is asked also to respect the quietness enjoyed by the neighbours.  The tenant is responsible for all damages created by him and has to prove the contracting of an insurance (“responsabilité civile). This contract is drawn up for the specific number of people precised in the contract and the owner reserves the right to refuse additional guests. Pets may be allowed only on request in some flats/ houses. The disregard for this clause can bring about the cancellation of the contract without reimbursement.

Art. 8 :Final cleaning The tenant is asked to leave the premises in the same state ( layout of floor plan and cleanliness) as he found it on arrival.  The reservation for final cleaning service is possible and made contractually the day after arrival at the very latest. The price of this service ist 40€ for a flat, 80€ for a house and 150€ for a group of 10 guests and more. It is obligatory for La Maison Bleue at Riquewihr.  If the premises are not left in the state in which they were found, the cost of cleaning and organisation of the place will be deducted from the security deposit.

Art. 9 : Arrival time and handing over of keys: For Riquewihr and Beulotte Saint Laurent, it is imperative to contact us two days at least before arrival to arrange your welcome at arrival. The arrival time starts at 4 :00PM. For the Vineyard house reception is at the Wine estate between 4 and 6.00PM  Vignoble KLUR at 105 rue des Trois Epis in Katzenthal

Art 10 : Comfort : beds are already prepared for your arrival, table linens and dish towels are furnished.  Bath linens are not furnished.  Heat and local tourist tax are included.  Each apartment is furnisched individual, it’s up to you to verify equipment and commodities in the descriptions of the online shop or take a look at www.klur.net

Art. 11 : Insurance : we advise you to subscribe an insurance cancellation and negociated a good price at Cornhill insurance compagny. The insurance is obligatory for a stay at the Maison Bleue in Riquewihr or for a goup of 10 and more personns.

Art.12: Gift voucher: are valid for one year from the date of the payment and under the same conditions of validity and cancelation for our stay.

Art. 13 : More informations : arrival time is betwenn 4.00 and 6.00 pm, departure time 10.00 am.  Only no smoking flats and houses.
