This online shop is exclusively handled by Vignoble Klur and all the shippings are directly sent from our winecellar without intermediary. The payment is secure, see our sale conditions.

Delivered countries

The deliveries concerning the offers on our online shop  are only reserved for the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. On request, we also will send you adresses of wine shops and importers in your country.

Transport costs and transport free

The prices are indicated in €, taxes included. Our online products are  proposed with the delivery costs included. To order our other wines, or to send to other countries or other quantities as the one proposed, contact us and we will make you a price offer soon.

Process of the order

We process the orders in the following days after their reception and send them when the payment for the order is valitaded. You also can be expressly delivered if you request it in your order. Our bottles have a capacity of 75 cl unless a contraried mention (some of our wines content 50 cl), you can buy cases of 6 or 12 bottles, and then per 6 bottles. The french law forbids that we sell wines to minors, please confirm that you are aged over 16.

Delivery:

Give us your additional delivery instructions (only in the mornings for example).

You will be deliverid within 15 days at the most, it depends on the distance.

Our cases are packaged for shipping. The goods need to be checked for dammages and completeness immediatly after receipt and if there is any reclamation, it needs to be written on the delivers receipt before signing (and confirmed by the transport company) , we also need to be informed within 3 days  after the reception. All our shipping are sent in perfect conditions, the carrier is responsable of transport dammages. We stay the owners of the wines until the whole payment.

Gift set

We propose you to send a gift letter to the recipient of your gift, but think about giving us a short message  with your order and we will join it to the shipping. Service free.

Trial period

The client is entlited to a trial period of 7 (seven) days following the day of receipt of the goods by the client without cause and penalties. The client can send back the cases which are not dammaged in the original package during this period. He will cover the expenses. He also has to confirm his decision per mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or by post.
