Tourisme Ecolo-Bio, is a brand new website and travel guide specialized on organic hotels, guesthouses, holiday houses and apartments to stay in France. The deal was to show beautifull places with a high quality standart. Try it for your next travel to France, all regions are represented and in Alsace you will find Vignoble Klur of course !
We presented 4 wines for the 2014 guides and all 4 are commented in 2 ranges: 1/" Very good wines with personnality and typicity". -Crémant de Clémant (86 points): bright light yellow colour, fine bubbles, brioche and white fruits nose. The mouth is generous, frank with a great natural taste. A cremant to serve with food.
- Pinot blanc Katz2011 (87): golden yellow and brilliant colour, generous nose with mirabelle, silex, ripe citrus fruits. Soft attac, full and charming mouth, soft, large, well balanced and dynamic with a delicate freshness. An outstanding pinot blanc. - Pinot noir Klur 2011 (88): red ruby and clear colour. The nose tells about morello cherry, light spicy, vegetal touch. The mouth is expressiv, full of character with a few silky tanin. A wine who makes you happy !
2/ Great class, fine, complex and outstanding wine making talents: - Riesling Grand Cru Wineck Schlossberg 2010 ( 91): bright yellow coulour. The nose is still discreet but clean, ripe citrus fruits with a fine minerality. The mouth is fine, lively, lemon tasted with a great aromatic expression, very clean with a long ending. Beautifull terroir expression.

With our expert Hélène Burtscher-Fleck from l'atelier K'art'on, many agile hands have made founitures from cardboard to recycle. It was on saturday and sunday, they could choose between 3 models. Of course, they have also enjoyed a visit of the wine-cellar, a few glasses of wine around the wood stove, and exchanges about organic culture and biodynamie. Each participant has taken away its own creation. Next dates : on April, the 10th and 11th, and the 13th and 14th, on May, the 8th and 9th. There are still a few availibities, don't delay!!
