THE KLUR, from wine stocks older than 45 years, for your sundays:
Crémant de Clément, méthode champenoise. Made from Pinot Blanc. This crémant is brut, clean, with fine bubles. Perfect from the breakfast until the after-diner. 75 cl : 10 €

Pinot Blanc KLUR, the color of the grapes is so intense, like "grains d'or", golden berries. From old vines (aged more than 45 years), located on granite soils, this is a well balanced wine. Perfect with poêlée de foie gras and scallops, this pinot is surprising by the concentration of its aromas and its taste of bread and butter. 75 cl : 11 €

Pinot Gris KLUR, de vieilles vignes (from old vines) of more than 45 years, on limestone clay soils. This is a fullbodied wine perfect for aperitif and for meals and desserts (especially those of hot fruits). 75 cl : 13 €

Pinot Noir KLUR, le rouge d'Alsace (the red wine of Alsace). Also from old vine stocks on deep limestone clay soils. Low yields and loving care during vinification permits the expression of all the wine's color and delicate aromas. Some of this pinot noir is matured in young oak tuns, the most part in old oak. It is appreciated for its delicacy and flavour. 75 cl : 13 €

Riesling KLUR, these mature berries also wear this dark golden colour like "grains d'or". And always grown from old vines planted when the winegrower was 3 years old! On granite soil. Dry, elegant, straight and racy. A real Alsace riesling. 75 cl : 12 €

Riesling Grand Cru Wineck-Schlossberg. Delicate, complex, with a lingering taste. All the elegance and balance of the granite riesling. Grand Cru Wineck-Schlossberg is a step hill, south facing hill and unique. Arome of grapefruit and spices. A wine to lay down. 75 cl : 17 €
