The Radu family from Bucharest came to Katzenthal in July to try the amazing sauerkraut that we  promised to prepare 2 years ago as we visited Romania.  Choucroute Formidable and everything that goes with it of course ! We are lucky to export to this interesting country we discoverd  in 2006. The melancholic sounds of Ionna Radu and some brandies helped every body  to digest the meal.  It was a festive afternoon  !!
