"Clément Klur, a descendant of a wine-growing family installed in Katzenthal since the 16the century, created this domain in 1999. The 7 hectares of vines are managed biodynamically and are transitionig toward organic agriculture.

Just like the care for the vines, the fermentation is carried out with precision: the juice drips by gravity from the wines press in the vat, then the wines are raised in large oak barrels (or smaller barrels for the pinot noir Klur). Note the Alsace Grand Cru Sommerberg, Grand Cru Wineck Schlossberg, Crémant d'Alsace, open Monday to Saturday from 13h30 to 18h00 or by appointment. You may also stay at the vineyard, if you plan on three nights or more.
