On the road to the lakes (after the village of Orbey) discover the farm/shop le Schoultzbach. You will find their uniquely prepared butter, fresh cheeses (specifically munster), as well as a large variety of organic products from neigbouring producers like: bread from the bakery "Turlupain", goat cheese from the Ehrards in Metzeral, juices and teas from Luc Hurter in Soultzeren, ciders and oils from the Rolli farm in Bergheim, honey and apple juice from Dominique Ganter in Fréland, and dry sausages from Bruno Chabrier in  Orbey.  Don't forget the organic wines of Alsace at Vignoble Klur in Katzenthal.
